LED efficiency upgrades

Better light, designed for better business outcomes.

Commercial lighting affects energy use, visibility, comfort and the way a space performs. We assess the existing environment and develop a considered upgrade that balances efficiency with the practical needs of the people using it.

Upgrade for a fraction of the full cost.

Eligible commercial LED lighting projects can receive substantial support through the Victorian Energy Upgrades program—often covering around 50–90% of the upgrade cost. Future Electrify specialises in helping businesses access these subsidies and applies the benefit upfront.

  • We assess your site and identify eligible lighting upgrades
  • We coordinate the subsidy process and required documentation
  • You pay only the reduced, subsidised price—not the full price while waiting for a rebate

Actual subsidy values and eligibility vary according to the existing lighting, approved replacement products, site requirements and prevailing certificate values.

A practical solution, thoughtfully put together.

Useful answers before you get started.

How much can the VEU subsidy cover?

Eligible projects may receive substantial support, often around 50–90% of the upgrade cost. The actual amount depends on the existing fittings, approved replacements, operating hours, certificate values and site conditions.

Do we have to pay the full cost and claim the subsidy later?

No. For an approved eligible project, Future Electrify applies the subsidy value upfront, so your business pays the reduced quoted amount.

Can upgrades be completed outside business hours?

Where the site and project allow it, work can be planned to reduce disruption. We consider operating hours, access, safety and critical areas when developing the delivery plan.

What types of commercial lights can be upgraded?

Common projects include high bays, low bays, fluorescent battens, troffers, downlights, floodlights, car-park lighting and other eligible legacy fittings. A site assessment confirms the appropriate replacements.
